While the capital city receives inglorious attention as its leaders work through their fiscal paralysis, the business community tells a different story. The DNA of the midstate enterprise is creative and resilient: economically, intellectually and historically.

Nearly every business has endured significant first-of-their-kind experiences in the last 24 months. And perhaps no industry more so than my own: commercial real estate. Despite these challenges, however, the Harrisburg region wields an undercurrent of opportunity and success.
